Design Notes:

1. side diamonds to extend a little more - to ¾ of the ring and not just ½ of the ring. The matching band should also have diamond stones on ¾ of the ring.
2. Ring to have a cathedral feature in the setting. That means the setting would have arches that would enhance the center stone support.

The width is still ~2mm both for the ring and for the matching band. The matching band should sit flush against the ring.
