Here at ‘Glam and Gems’, you will find diamond rings and other jewelry. You can choose from a wide variety of loose diamonds, ready-made designs, or design your own ring on this website.
Our service is second to none. We are here to assist you throughout the diamond jewelry shopping process, shipping, and delivery process.

Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders. Our packages are insured with FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. It will be necessary for a signature to be obtained upon delivery, so ensure that you are available.
Generally, we process orders within 1-3 business days. Jewelry made to order is dispatched within 10-15 days. Whenever it's ready for shipment, we'll send you tracking information.
We offer a one-year Warranty for purchases that have not been altered by you. Missing center stones are not replaced, but we will gladly fix any manufacturer defects. As for accent stone, we provide a lifetime warranty. If one of the side stones falls, we will replace it.
Easy returns
RETURNS POLICY OF 30 DAYS
You can return a product by sending us an email so that we understand your intent. All returned items must include their original packaging certificate and paperwork, and they must be in the same condition as when they were received.
Receiving A Refund On Purchased Items:
ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A REFUND, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Site and service registration
At registration, you will be required to select a user name, and a password and provide a valid and active email address. You will be asked to provide a valid and active phone number, email address, and physical address.
It is required that you are at least 18 years of age to use the Site. Making a Purchase or becoming a Member signifies that you are at least 18 years old.
It is important to keep your password private. Your password will never be made public and the Site will never request your password by e-mail or any other means, except by logging in to the Site.
The User is responsible for keeping the password secure and confidential.
Password usage and misuse are the sole responsibility of the User.
- Misuse of the account – the member's responsibility. The user is solely liable for all use of their account, whether authorized or not. The use of another User's account, username, or password is strictly prohibited. The site reserves the right to charge for Membership or any of its Services and to modify its fees and fee policy at any time, at its sole discretion.
- Account cancellation. In its sole discretion, the Site may terminate any User's account, their membership, or any of the Services for any reason (including, but not limited to, breach of any law, breach of these Terms, or any other suspicion of wrongful or damaging activity).
Purchasing items on the Site
Contracts for purchase are only binding upon the Site's acceptance. Products displayed on the Site are not contractual offers, but invitations to treat. The user's purchase of products shall be regarded as an offer, and only upon receiving notice from the Site of its acceptance (by email, internal messaging, or any other means), shall the Purchase be deemed final and binding.
Finger sizes. There is a finger sizing tool on the site. A User may request, upon Purchase, the adjustment of any ring to any relevant finger size. The adjustment is free of charge and is included in the price displayed. Any changes in size following the receipt by the Site of a Purchase order or after the User receives the product are subject to payment as requested by the Site, and the order is not delivered until payment is received.
